Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer to join their Houston team. This role focuses on planning, analytical designs, and documentation for transmission tower projects. You'll work with a diverse range of clients and projects while collaborating on innovative structural designs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering with at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of engineering techniques and software, including RISA-3D, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience, or a Master's Degree and 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Strong knowledge of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
• Proficient in structural analysis programs and design software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various structural project designs including PLS-Tower modeling.
• Develop project deliverables, including conceptual to detailed designs.
• Review design drawings for quality assurance.
