Job summary

Sora Resource Group is assisting an engineering firm in the Atlanta area to hire an experienced Structural Engineer.

You will design and analyze building systems, prepare calculations and construction documents in Revit, and coordinate with other disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering, 5+ years of design experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Revit; RAM/Enercalc a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
5+ years of structural design experience
Proficiency with Revit
Experience with RAM or Enercalc is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Structural design and analysis of building systems utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed framing
Prepare structural calculations and construction documents using Revit
Coordinate with other engineering and design disciplines
Assist with construction administration, including shop drawing reviews and site observations
Manage project responsibilities and deadlines
