Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; MS in structural engineering preferred.
• 10–15 years of related experience, preferably in northern NJ/NYC area.
• PE registration in NJ and/or NY is required or active.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural surveys of existing rail bridges and related structures.
• Review survey reports, repair details, and design calculations.
• Review bridge superstructure, abutments, foundations for rail and vehicular bridges per AREMA/AASHTO/IBC.
