Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead the delivery of structural projects across Florida. The role combines hands-on design with project leadership, client relationship management, and mentoring of junior staff from concept through construction.

You will work on new-build, renovation, repair, and adaptive reuse projects across multiple sectors, shaping project outcomes and the growth of the Florida operation, while utilizing Revit, ETABS, and RISA.

Qualifications

• PE license required; SE license desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years' structural engineering experience delivering building projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, and delivery of structural systems across Florida projects.
• Manage projects to meet client requirements, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders through design and construction.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Oversee BIM and AutoCAD production for accurate design coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers through technical guidance and reviews.
