HKA Enterprises is seeking a Structural Engineering Professional (PE) to lead analysis and design for industrial and semiconductor facilities in a hybrid U.S. Southeast or Canada role. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The position requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with structural software. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of U.S. building codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures
• Apply U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) including seismic design
• Develop design concepts and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Review calculations and ensure quality control of deliverables
• Manage assigned scope, schedule and budget
• Support and mentor junior engineers and designers
• Participate in project meetings and client coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices
