Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking an experienced Engineer (Mid or Senior) to perform advanced technical problems in support of nuclear plant operations. You will provide expert engineering analysis, contribute to design and safety, and drive improvement initiatives across the site with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; 2 years nuclear or related engineering experience.
Maintain minimum access requirements and pass medical exam/testing.

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis and programs.
Offer technical consultation to identify and resolve equipment problems as subject matter expert.
Lead short- and long-term programs impacting site operations and performance.
Perform engineering tasks applying established principles and practices.
Ensure design criteria, procedures and codes are followed in plans and specs.
Conduct independent research, reviews, and analyses for technical projects.
Recommend new concepts to improve performance and reduce costs.
Support outage activities and department coverage as needed.
