The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring, and ensuring project alignment with codes and standards, with travel and on-site responsibilities in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in structural design and analysis, focused on steel structures.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel modular structures and connections.
• Develop and maintain design spreadsheets and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Prepare and review structural plans, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with design teams, plants, site teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead safe work practices per company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Approve structural calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Evaluate new technologies and sustainable practices.
