Terracon is seeking a senior engineering professional to provide technical direction for diverse projects in engineering consulting. The role emphasizes safety leadership, quality, and guiding complex investigations and designs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8–11 years of experience, and Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status, with a master’s degree preferred and a valid driver’s license as a potential requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8–11 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status required.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines.
• Provide technical direction required for production and completion of routine and complex projects.
• Conceptualize the initial design and/or investigative approach for major phase of a large project.
• Lead technical training and provide leadership in marketing, sales and business development.
• Supervise less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on projects.
• Serve as a Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
