The role involves managing project design from concept to construction, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring effective collaboration to deliver high-quality structural solutions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of structural engineering design experience.
• Experience with low to mid-rise construction and adaptive reuse projects.
• Preference for candidates with mass timber or embodied carbon experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design team and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform analyses on complex projects using structural analysis software.
• Ensure accuracy in project status reporting and client engagement.
