Qualifications

• PE license required; SE license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience; leadership of complex projects and client interaction.
• Strong background in project management and working with owners, contractors, and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of structural projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as technical leader and mentor for engineers and BIM professionals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Support business development and client relationship growth.
