Job summary

DLR Group, an integrated design firm, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead the design of structural systems for buildings across K-12, higher education, justice and cultural sectors, and produce construction documents using Revit.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with architects and other engineers, manage project schedules and proposals, and contribute to business development and sustainable design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of structural systems from concept through construction.
• Produce construction documents using Revit.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project schedules, budgets, and proposals.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers in an integrated design process.
• Support business development through RFPs and client interviews.
