Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer based in the Philadelphia area to lead a variety of structural design, renovation, and inspection projects. You will manage junior engineers, develop FE models, and work directly with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables. The role requires a P.E.

license (S.E. a plus) and at least 8 years of professional experience, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD and RAM/STAAD/ENERCALC tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
Active P.E. license; S.E. license a plus.
Experience with design and analysis of structural systems for a variety of projects.
Experience with renovation and inspections of buildings.

Responsibilities

Oversee structural design, renovation, and inspection projects.
Perform design and analysis of building structural systems.
Design, detailing, and analysis for low- and high-rise buildings using concrete, steel, masonry, wood, etc.
Prepare calculations and drawings for reports and submittals.
Develop finite element models for complex structures.
Conduct site visits and field investigations and report findings.
Collaborate with clients and lead a team of junior engineers.
Manage multi-disciplinary projects and tasks.
