AME Design Group in Downers Grove, IL seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead full structural scope for design/build projects across industrial, self-storage, and more. You will guide design, modeling, and client coordination, driving value engineering and innovative design methods.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of design experience, PE/SE preferred, and strong proficiency with ETABS, RAM, and Revit in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of design experience with increasingly complex projects.
• PE/SE licensure preferred; AME Design Group will support pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural designs for design/build projects.
• Design and specify structural systems, load calculations, gravity and lateral analysis, connections.
