Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required; Structural Engineer (SE) license strongly preferred.
10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience including leadership of complex projects.
Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).

Responsibilities

Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects, ensuring compliance with codes and best practices.
Serve as Engineer of Record and provide final technical review of designs and calculations.
Manage projects from concept through completion including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage directly with clients to align goals.
