Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required; Structural Engineer (SE) license is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience with leadership of complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of complex projects adhering to codes and standards.
• Act as Engineer of Record and provide final technical review of designs, calculations, and specs.
• Manage projects from concept through completion including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, designers, and staff.
• Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, environmental, and architectural partners.
• Engage with clients to understand goals, present solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Oversee design criteria, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Evaluate materials and systems for each project; lead due diligence and site assessments.
• Ensure QC processes and safety standards; support business development activities.
