Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Expertise in multiple civil disciplines including Transportation, Site Civil, Water Resources, Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H), Coastal Engineering, Federal Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from planning through construction.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff across multiple offices.
• Review engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
