Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer - Structural to join our utility and infrastructure projects. You will design temporary and permanent structures, develop calculation submittals, and coordinate shop drawings with design and field teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with 4–8 years of experience in heavy civil or infrastructure, and an active Professional Engineer license. Master’s in structures and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 4–8 years of experience in temporary works, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
• Active Professional Engineer license in any state.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Mathcad, and Finite Element Analysis.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design temporary and permanent structures associated with utility, infrastructure, and heavy civil projects.
• Develop calculation submittals and coordinate the development of design and shop drawings.
• Support project pursuits and bids through preliminary evaluations and analyses.
• Mentor and support other engineers, and communicate with design and field teams.
• Provide support to the Principal Engineer with additional assigned duties.
