Klein & Hoffman, a leading structural and architectural engineering firm, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer for rehabilitation and restoration projects in our Philadelphia area office. The role requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and a Pennsylvania professional license or ability to obtain one.

Salary range is $105,000–$175,000 with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits; the candidate will lead design, field assessments, project management, and client relations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in structural engineering for renovation/rehabilitation, focusing on concrete.
• Professional license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Experience with historical buildings and restoration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and rehabilitation of concrete, steel, timber, and masonry systems.
• Perform field assessments and develop condition reports with costs.
• Review historical drawings and code research.
• Coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, bid packages, and pay apps.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and quality.
