Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of heavy civil structural engineering experience.
• PE or SE licensure or active pursuit thereof.
• Strong experience with steel design; concrete/timber helpful.
• AutoCAD experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support design of heavy civil infrastructure with focus on bridges and roads.
• Model, analyze, and design steel structural systems.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with construction and project teams across the organization.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Use AutoCAD to support design documentation.
