The ideal candidate has 5+ years in structural engineering, strong steel design experience, and an interest in mentoring junior engineers while contributing to large-scale Wisconsin projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil structural engineering, bridge/road projects.
• PE or SE licensure preferred or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Support design of heavy civil infrastructure projects with focus on bridges, roads, highways.
• Model, analyze, and design structural systems, especially steel.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
• Collaborate with construction, PM, and engineering teams across the organization.
• Provide site support for design reviews and inspections.
