Krech Ojard & Associates invites a senior Structural Engineer to join our Eau Claire team. You will design and analyze complex structural systems for diverse industrial and building projects, lead documentation, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, a PE license, 5+ years of post-graduate experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license and 5+ years post-graduate experience in a structural engineering environment.
• Experience with heavy industrial projects (manufacturing, mining, power generation, and/or oil & gas) and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design structural systems and components.
• Develop and review plans, details, calculations, and specifications of structural systems.
• Direct Engineers-in-Training and technicians in proper documentation.
• Site observations and inspections of construction projects.
• Prepare reports and oral presentations for internal and client use.
• Maintain budgets and deadlines to client satisfaction.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
