Job summary

EAPC, a full-service design and consulting firm, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer in Grand Forks, ND to lead structural design efforts for new and renovated buildings. You will mentor staff, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee drawing production and construction administration.

The role reports to the Structural Department Manager and offers opportunities to work on award-winning projects within a collaborative in-house team of engineers, architects, and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in design and detailing of buildings and structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural design, detailing, and calculations for new, additions, and renovations.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, mechanical, civil, etc.
• Edit and write structural specifications; write reports and cost estimates.
