Role Overview

We invite you to bring your energy, experience, and professionalism into play as you contribute to innovative and high-quality design solutions. To succeed in this role, you must have structural engineering experience in dams and appurtenant hydraulic structures, waterfront structures, or heavy civil structures.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and designing dams, hydraulic structures, waterfront structures, and heavy civil works.
• Conducting inspections and field activities at various project sites.
• Developing reports, design concepts, calculations, and specifications.
• Participating in technical societies to stay current with standards and technologies.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer
• 10+ years of experience in structural design, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and hydraulic structures.
• Proficiency with STAAD PRO, GT STRUDL, MathCAD, Enercalc or similar software.

Preferred Experience:

• QA/QC reviews, cost proposals, design of gravity dams, retaining walls, and related structures.
• Experience with dam safety guidelines and heavy civil waterfront structures.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong communication skills
• Effective team collaboration
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and budget
