You will lead design, analysis, and construction documentation across project phases and may travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of structural design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and finite element software.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering activities through all project phases and construction.
• Provide technical oversight and management of dam projects.
• Prepare design calculations, reports, drawings, and specs.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and resource planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise the team.
• Travel to field sites as needed and collaborate with owners/contractors.
