Job summary

Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP seeks experienced Structural Engineers to join the Structural/Marine Group in our Philadelphia, PA office. You will perform structural analysis and design, conduct field investigations, and develop construction documents for diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with structural concentration from ABET accredited program.
• 5–10 years of structural design experience.
• Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.).
• Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials.
• Conduct field investigations, develop concept designs, and create construction documents.
• Collaborate on a range of markets including Federal/Local Government, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
