STV’s Boston office is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings) to join the Buildings Division on exciting projects including buildings, transit stations, retaining walls and other structures. This role offers a flexible career path with opportunities to pursue a technical track with increasing design and leadership responsibilities or to grow into a project management role.

Job description

STV has an immediate opening for a Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings) to join our growing team out of our Boston, MA office as part of the Buildings Division. This is a great opportunity for an individual to work on exciting projects as part of a team of dedicated engineers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of challenging projects, which will include tasks such as the design of a variety of new structures including buildings, transit stations, retaining walls, and other miscellaneous structures; analysis of existing structures; review and/or production of construction submittals; and review of contract plans for conformance with established design criteria.

This position also offers a flexible career path with opportunities to pursue a technical track with increasing design and leadership responsibilities or to grow into a project management role.

Requirements

Compensation Range: $143,435.23 - $163,925.98
