Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Professional licensure is preferred or in progress.
• Strong proficiency with Revit and current codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the structural lead on projects, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct design reviews and mentor junior engineers and drafters.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Apply innovative design, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
