Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience with emphasis on building design.
• Experience managing people is preferred.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Tekla Structural Designer (TSD), ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt; Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, guiding technical development and career advancement.
• Oversee structural design calculations, construction document prep, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to align deliverables with quality standards.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of work by others.
• Engage with clients and participate in meetings to review structural documentation.
