Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of structural design experience, especially bridges and transportation structures.
• Professional Engineer license in Illinois; SE license preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts for transportation and public infrastructure projects.
• Provide direction and mentorship to engineering staff and designers.
• Prepare and review analyses, documents, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time and within budget.
