Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year
This company is a civil engineering consulting firm with decades of experience delivering transportation, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects. Our team designs and rehabilitates bridges, roadways, and public works across multiple states, partnering closely with public agencies, contractors, and communities to keep projects on schedule and within budget. With offices supporting both regional and multi-state work, we combine deep technical expertise with a hands‑on, collaborative approach to solving complex structural challenges. We are looking for a talented structural engineer to join the team.
At our client, you'll join a tight‑knit team of licensed engineers and technical staff who take pride in mentoring the next generation of talent while tackling technically demanding infrastructure work. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of project types — from bridge rehabilitation to new structural design — using both established methods and emerging tools in the field. We value clear communication, strong client relationships, and giving engineers real ownership over their projects from concept through construction. Employees here benefit from steady project pipelines, opportunities for professional licensure support, and a culture that recognizes individual contributions.
