Qualifications

• Must possess in-scope TS/SCI Polygraph clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field with 8+ years (or Master's with 6+ years) of experience.
• Expertise applying advanced engineering principles to complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced structural analysis, modeling, and research for buildings, underground facilities, and protective structures.
• Evaluate blast resistance, damage tolerance, durability, and dynamic loading of structures.
• Integrate intelligence, geotechnical and topographical data to characterize facility missions and vulnerabilities.
• Develop comprehensive facility assessments and 3D models guiding decisions at senior levels.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Brief senior government leaders on findings, trends, risks, and mission impact.
• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel in fast-paced environments.
• Apply best practices to solve highly complex technical challenges.
• Support training and knowledge transfer within the team.
