Jobot is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a growing firm in Tulsa, OK. You will lead complex design projects across steel, concrete, and seismic retrofits while mentoring junior engineers and interfacing with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE license required; SE license strongly preferred
• 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience
• Experience with commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed-use building design
• Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design standards, and structural analysis principles
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, or similar platforms
• Experience managing projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
