BakerHicks is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design packages and mentor junior engineers from our Warwick/Bristol offices. You will deliver high‑quality structural designs for complex projects, applying Eurocodes, British Standards, and National Annexes, with hands‑on modelling and detailed analysis using Tekla, STAAD or Robot.
You’ll work within multidisciplinary teams and promote buildability and sustainability.
We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical problems, delivering high‑quality structural design, and supporting others to grow.
If you want real responsibility, interesting work, and the chance to influence how structural design is delivered - this role has your name on it. This role can be based in either our Warwick or Bristol offices.
This isn’t a “just keep things moving” type of position.
