Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team, working on major and diverse projects. You will be responsible for delivering structural design solutions, producing technical documentation, and ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and client requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to a range of building projects while leading and developing a team of professionals.

The Opportunity

  • Lead structural design for a variety of small, medium, and large-scale projects.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and design calculations to clients.
  • Supervise and develop the technical skills of team members, ensuring work quality.
  • Participate in project management activities, fostering client relationships, and supporting business development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to BIM coordination and Revit Model production.

Is this role right for you?

  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in structural engineering within a consulting environment.
  • Proven experience with a diverse range of building projects, including low- and high-rise buildings, PPVC, pre-stressed, and timber structures.
  • Strong proficiency in structural design software, including Rhino / Grasshopper, Revit, and programming skills
  • Knowledge of Singapore Codes and Practices, with a solid understanding of contract administration and submission procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and build successful client relationships.
