CECO Environmental is seeking a Structural Designer III to advance heavy industrial equipment projects from concept through fabrication. You will develop fabrication‑ready 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and material take‑offs for high‑temperature ducting and pollution control applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial structural or mechanical design.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and fabrication‑ready drawings.
• Solid understanding of geometry, spatial reasoning, and material quantity calculations.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete project design packages, including 3D CAD models and fabrication drawings.
• Design large‑scale hot exhaust and ducting for pollution control applications.
• Evaluate inputs for completeness and coordinate with Project Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain and PM.
• Apply design principles for thermal expansion, temperatures, and cyclic service.
