Responsibilities

• Develop and review estimates and schedules.
• Establish, track, and monitor material quantities; provide forecasts.
• Develop and review design specifications and criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and constrain solutions.
• Mentor staff, develop training material, and provide performance input.
• Provide independent recommendations aligned with project objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
