Techno Consult Engineering, PC (Techno) seeks a Structural Design Engineer to join our corporate team in New York. You will manage and execute civil engineering projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet timelines, scope, and quality.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 6–15 years of experience, and strong communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Mathcad. Join us to grow within a dynamic, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• 6–15 years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Mathcad or similar.
• Strong communication/leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Perform design tasks, prepare bid documents including drawings and specifications, and organize all drawings, reports, calculations, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate project success.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design and safety guidelines.
• Oversee project documentation including permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
