Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Professional license required.
• Seismic experience required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management experience/ability.
• Team leadership ability; self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for multiple project types, including manufacturing and data centers.
• Interact with clients and attend meetings with architects and contractors; review documentation.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Prepare design calculations and construction documents.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs; perform site reviews.
• Coordinate information across disciplines to meet client expectations.
• Apply design experience for wood, steel, concrete, masonry in low to mid-rise structures.
• Design shallow and deep foundation systems.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; demonstrate project management and leadership.
