Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Senior Project Manager to lead complex bridge design projects in Western PA. You will oversee all phases from planning to technical specifications, manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and drafters, and coordinate with clients.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of bridge/transit experience, a PA PE license, mentoring skills, and strong communication. The role includes business development responsibilities and potential for departmental leadership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of bridge/transit project experience.
• PA Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Strong oral and written communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design of simple and complex bridges.
• Manage all phases of project development including planning, scheduling, inspection, analysis, design, development of contract plans, cost estimates, and technical specifications and reports.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and drafters and coordinate with clients to complete assignments.
• Active participation in business development.
