Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, structural biology, biophysics or bioinformatics.
• Minimum 5 years R&D in computational structural biology with leadership
• Proficiency in Python/R and structural modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural biology support for variant analyses via structure-function interpretation.
• Develop methods, protocols, and tools for modeling and clinical variant assessment.
• Collaborate with statisticians to validate algorithms and data workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Bioinformatics, R&D, and reporting teams.
• Write production-grade code and adhere to SDLC standards.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and mentor junior staff.
• Direct and lead the structural team to timely project completion.
• Keep leadership informed about progress and blockers.
