Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10 yrs in specific technical discipline or 15 yrs in several technical disciplines with Bachelors.
• Advanced degree in engineering preferred.
• Background in stress analysis and airframe repair.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Selects methods and criteria to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Serves as a recognized authority within the field.
• Anticipates and resolves complex issues, developing standards for engineering activities.
• Balances technical objectives with cost and schedule considerations.
