Job summary

Uplynk seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, craft end-to-end broadcasting solutions, and drive demonstrations and proofs of concept for complex live and on-demand streaming environments.

You will architect multi-cloud video platforms, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and deliver reusable patterns for scalable customer success in 24x7 streaming operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Broadcast Engineering, Video Architecture, or a related technical role.
• Strong experience with broadcast, OTT, streaming, or enterprise video platforms.
• Uplynk experience strongly preferred.
• Experience designing complex live and linear video architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proofs of concept.
• Design end-to-end Uplynk solutions across live, linear, VOD, FAST, SSAI, DRM, and distribution.
• Architect Cloud MCR, disaster recovery, and Satellite-to-IP solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into architectures, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and influence platform capabilities.
• Develop reusable architectures, demonstrations, and technical best practices for the Solutions Engineering organization.
