Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in stream restoration projects, strong skills in project management, and a collaborative approach. Responsibilities include leading design projects, managing teams, and interfacing with clients. Qualifications

• 12+ professional years of experience.
• Experience with stream, wetland, and water quality initiatives.
• Experience completing MS4/TMDL credit calculations using Chesapeake Bay Program protocols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental restoration design projects including stream and wetland restoration.
• Develop, manage, and QC reports, construction plans, and specifications.
• Supervise field work for geomorphic assessments.
• Lead local Watershed Services project teams, including client communication.
