Action Behavior Centers, the leading ABA therapy provider, seeks a Strategic Planning and Business Operations Senior Analyst in Austin, TX. You will optimize talent management for BCBAs, partnering with Recruiting, Clinical and HR to turn insights into action and drive program outcomes.

Responsibilities include acting as a hub between Clinical, People Services and BI for Everest rollout, delivering executive summaries with health metrics, and owning the BCBA hiring data ecosystem while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• 3+ years in management consulting, strategy, or business ops.
• Ability to ingest large datasets and present KPIs through dashboards/reports.
• Strong strategic thinking to break down complex problems into actionable drivers.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central nexus between Clinical, People Services, and BI to accelerate Everest program rollout.
• Craft and deliver high-impact executive summaries with health metrics for senior leadership.
• Conduct rapid analyses and forecast trends to influence Everest rollout trajectory.
• Own the BCBA hiring data ecosystem and synthesize data inflows to shape growth strategy.
• Collaborate with People Services and Finance to align talent acquisition with financial realities.
