Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning at our Headquarters facility to drive strategic initiatives, develop business plans, and consolidate cross-functional inputs for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities include annual planning, KPI reporting for executives and HQ, ad hoc projects, compliance tasks, and market research with a focus on data integrity across functions.

Qualifications

• 4 – 7 years of relevant work experience in consulting companies, market research institutes, or automotive aftersales industry at OEM and/or IAM (Independent Aftermarket).
• Demonstrated experience in strategic research analysis and presenting to executive level management.
• Thorough computer application knowledge including familiarity with database concepts and ad-hoc reporting tools.
• Business experience required.

Responsibilities

• Annual Business Planning: Support the creation and consolidation of short- and long-term business plans across all departments.
• Executive-Level Reporting: Develop polished, data-driven PowerPoint reports for executive leadership and provide timely KPI analysis.
• Ad Hoc Project & Executive Requests: Lead time-sensitive projects from executive leadership and HQ.
• Compliance Support: Assist with corporate compliance, internal audits, and governance reporting; ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments to gather data and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• HQ Communication & Reporting: Interface with global HQ to fulfill reporting requests and align local strategy.
• Market & Competitive Research: Conduct industry research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• KPI Reporting: Maintain daily, monthly, quarterly KPI reports for executives and HQ.
