Ameren Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Planning and Performance Execution Analyst to join Ameren Services. The role partners with leaders across Ameren Utilities to translate strategy into execution, performing integrated analysis, developing insights, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to improve planning, performance, and execution.

Bachelor's degree required.
Five or more years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex cross-functional workstreams.
Experience with strategy and/or business plans preferred.

Responsibilities

Own assigned function-level strategic business planning workstreams from development through leadership review, coordinating inputs, resolving gaps, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Analyze business plans, performance results, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and refine planning tools, templates, standards, and governance practices that improve consistency across functions.
Coordinate cross-functional input and governance improvements in performance management.
Lead development of executive and Board materials, including key messages, framing, analysis, and leadership input.
Develop execution strategies for assigned areas translating priorities into coordinated actions with milestones and measurable outcomes.
Provide coaching to analysts on assigned workstreams and ensure quality reviews.
