The team provides performance insights through scorecards, leads function- and segment-level strategic business planning efforts, coordinates complex cross-functional initiatives, and drives leader and coworker engagements that strengthen collaboration and alignment. Working across functions and segments and partnering with Corporate Strategy, the team enables informed decision-making, enterprise alignment, and successful execution of Ameren's strategic priorities.As part of this team, the Senior Business Planning and Performance Execution Analyst advances strategic business planning, performance management, and executive reporting through integrated analysis, insight development, workstream leadership, and cross-functional coordination. This role strengthens the integration of business planning and performance management and helps leadership understand performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. The role integrates business planning, performance, and strategic initiative inputs across Ameren Utilities functions and segments to support leadership decisions and coordinated execution.As a Senior-level professional, this role serves as a business planning and strategic initiatives practitioner and a strategic advisor to the leaders it is supporting. The role independently leads assigned processes, workstreams, and initiatives; analyzes complex business issues; develops recommendations; and partners with stakeholders to improve performance and execution.
