Meta's Infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Supply Planning and Capacity Ecosystems (SPACE) org.This is a high-autonomy, principal-level lead who will serve as a strategic partner supporting and enabling the Infra SPACE (Strategy, Planning, Allocation & Capacity Ecosystems) org. SPACE is responsible for creating the end-to-end infrastructure plan and driving its delivery — including from the broader infrastructure ecosystem of suppliers. You'll partner directly with the Sr Director of Capacity Ecosystems and VP-level leadership to drive operational excellence, lead critical strategic projects, and ensure preparedness for key decisions that shape how Meta plans, allocates, and optimizes infrastructure capacity at global scale.This role requires experience in leadership enablement, organizational operations, and cross-functional execution. You should be someone who combines deep infrastructure or technology fluency with executive-level influence, who can break down complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable plans, and who has a track record of both shaping strategy and executing at the intersection of technology and business.Senior Strategy & Ops Manager, Infra Capacity Ecosystems Responsibilities:Serve as a primary strategic thought partner to the Director of Capacity Ecosystems and infra leadership on capacity strategy, organizational direction, and critical trade-offsDevelop original frameworks that shape how Meta thinks about capacity at an enterprise level — connecting compute, storage, network, AI/ML accelerators, data center footprint, and supply chain into a cohesive decision-making modelRepresent Capacity Ecosystems' point of view in leadership forums, influencing infrastructure-wide and company-wide resource allocation and investment decisionsOwn and drive 2–3 of the team's highest-complexity initiatives end-to-end — from problem framing and stakeholder alignment through cross-functional coordination and delivery of measurable outcomesLead programs across industry partnerships, financial operations, and people operations — translating strategic decisions into concrete workstreams with clear milestones, ownership, and accountabilityStep in as the direct executor on ambiguous, high-stakes problems without a clear owner — building from zero to one and handing off with a functioning operating model.
