Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations professional to oversee the Core Accounting track. You will partner with product leadership to define roadmaps, design scalable processes, and drive growth through data-driven insights.

The role requires coordinating across care, sales, and product teams while owning performance metrics and OKRs. Paris-based only, fluency in French and English, and a track record of delivering impact in dynamic environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations or a related field.
• Proven track record translating strategic initiatives into executable operational plans and projects.
• Proficiency in SQL (or willingness to learn) and modern data analysis tools to drive decision-making independently.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution: define, prioritize, and implement operational roadmaps aligned with business objectives; design scalable operational frameworks.
• Data-driven decision making: lead analyses to identify market opportunities, inefficiencies, and growth levers; develop actionable insights.
• Project leadership: spearhead strategic initiatives from ideation to measurement; manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Cross-functional orchestration: serve as the operational nexus between tracks and horizontal teams; enable collaboration across boundaries.
• Performance management: own OKR process; track performance and close gaps with actionable plans.
