Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in management consulting or strategic advisory.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for C-suite interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership and project-team management experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Experience in industries prevalent in the Free State region is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies addressing client challenges and opportunities.
